Digitally-delivered education is the modus operandi all across the world thanks to necessary lockdowns resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. While virtual learning or eLearning is nothing new, it has largely been reserved for adults or older children who are better able to efficiently make their way around the digital space. On the other hand, thanks to the pandemic, even very young children are becoming dependent on digital tools and delivery modes for their education. It is this reality that makes innovation in digital learning particularly important.

Innovation and learning methodologies must become even more diverse and dynamic in its approach to the digital space. This is so as to ensure that the challenges and limitations of younger learners are met and accessibility to quality education is increased.
