What Is Kerio Cloud?
Kerio Cloud is the cloud version of GFI Software’s Kerio Connect messaging product. It is the Connect secured messaging service implemented in the cloud. Users of Kerio Connect that want to move to the cloud implementation must perform a migration process through the Migration Service web-based application. It enables users to translate user data and configuration information from their current installation to the cloud implementation.
To move accounts to the cloud the user must purchase a domain in advance and select a name for it. They then choose whether their data center is located in the US or EU, specify the number of users required and set billing information. Once this process is completed users can verify their new account details by checking emails sent by Kerio that contain whois information of the domain and other information for validation purposes.
