TRX Wall Mount Positioning

One of the best things about the TRX system is that the equipment does not take up any floor space. You can hook the straps on a TRX wall mount and go. Be sure to select the location carefully.
The anchor point should be above your head so seek out possible areas that are around 7 to 8 feet up the walls. This should be able to carry the load. Ideal options are masonry walls and sturdy wood frames. Let a pro install it for best results.
The area in front of the wall must have no fragile objects that would make you hesitate to work out. It should be open space where you can move freely, stretch your arms, and walk a bit. Consider that some exercises will require you to put your body at an incline against the ground, with straps far from the anchor point.
